• GENERAL INFORMATION:

•         Most prices are list as suggested retail.

•         Due to the volatility of the gold, silver, and other metal markets prices are subject to change.  Please call for the latest in pricing

•         Ladies rings are stocked from size 5-9,  Men are stocked from 10-13

•         Freight and insurance will be billed to you at the same time of shipment

•         Kelly Herd Jewelry is warranted from manufacture defect, all returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of jewelry. You must call in for a return authorization number.

•         All sales are considered final.

•         Jewelry may be photographed larger than actual size.

        Kelly Herd Jewelry strives to keep its catalog and website free from typographical errors and inaccuracies. Kelly Herd Jewelry will not be held liable for any such inaccuracies or errors. We also reserve the right at our sole discretion to update, change, or delete some or all of its products and services at any time.

WE WANT YOU TO BE PROFITABLE AND SUCCESSFUL:

            If you are not completely satisfied and need to return merchandise, we will give you full credit, provided you follow these procedures.

•         Notify our office and request a return authorization number within 5 days of delivery of merchandise.

•         Return all merchandise in its original condition and packaging with original invoice.

•         Special order items and close out items are not returnable

•         Package merchandise must be insured, packed securely, and marked “Attention Customer Service” with the return authorization number marked clearly on the outside of package.       

•         Refused or undeliverable merchandise will be charged all shipping and handling cost plus a 20% restocking fee.

•         After 10 days all sales are considered final.

•         Any returns after 10 days will be exchanged for same or similar value items.

•         No refunds will be given after 10 days

•         Any customer wanting terms must submit credit application

•         All other accounts will be shipped pre pay or pay by credit card.

•         All accounts past due will be charged 1.5% interest per month or 18% apr

•         All customers who pay by credit card agree to the terms and conditions set forth in the above policies.

•         All customers who pay by credit card agree not to dispute and any charges for merchandise after 10 days from delivery of merchandise.

•         Except for specific Kelly Herd Jewelry programs that make provisions for “ memo “ merchandise all sales are considered final.

•         Memo goods remain the property of Kelly Herd Jewelry and are held free from default, liens, bankruptcy, or any other obligation of the customer.

•         Customer agrees that all claims disputes or collection of past due accounts  are to be settled in the courts of Bradley County, Tn. That all legal cost is the burden of the customer.

•         Kelly Herd Jewelry reserves the right to change any or all of its policies without prior notice.
