RETURNS: Kelly Herd Jewelry will gladly repair or replace any jewelry that has a manufacturing defect up to 30 days from date of purchase. Otherwise, all sales are final. Special order and closeout items are not returnable. Returns will not be accepted if jewelry has been damaged by the customer and voids any warranty.
If by chance you have damaged or need repair of your jewelry we will gladly do so for you, but there may be a charge depending on what type of repair needed.
